Research, resolve and respond to questions received via telephone calls and web based interface in a timely manner, in accordance with current standards' E! _$ {* ]% J" S; `! ]9 f
Significant focus on professionalism and quality of service

Recent graduation from a related post-secondary program OR three (3) years of experience providing technical support to enterprise customers; mainly dealing with firewalls, IDS/IPS, TCP/IP and routers; U( C( m2 s5 N' o: | M2 n! K
Fluent English Verbal and written communication skills6 ^2 F* S5 T' D
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts within a 24/7 environment
