4.Be the first technical contact for our customers ensuring you deliver class leading customer service
1 u# \. x, m, Q+ `! l5.Monitor customer networks to proactively identify alarms, understand & resolve fault occurrences
2 F, g: R% f4 Q9 l* `, K0 D# g1 F6.Analyse fault patterns and traffic reports to identify faults in advance, and or make suggestions for improvement

1.Current CCNA and/or working towards CCNP
& i ^% T( s7 d* ~0 R6 m' D2.Recent experience working with routing protocols including BGP and EIGRP' r2 S$ T; ]- w8 d( M/ [
3.Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting managed LAN faults; U- V7 s- b) [
4.Strong communication and customer relation skills% b1 f/ k) i% ?
5.Eligible for SC clearance+ n& _4 v" J, t. @! t: X% X
6.Flexibility to change hours - the role will initially be a core business hours role and is likely to change shift pattern in the future to provide some weekend and evening cover.
