思科协作ccie考试中的实用配置: CUCME SCCP and SIP 的基础配置

Task 8.1     确保SCCP的SIP电话都按照配置文档的需求正确的配置时区

考虑到NTP在前面的实验早已配置，我们假设在路由器上这个时间是正确的。这样，我们就可以在telephony-service或者voice register global里面设置时区。

在telephony-service里面，输入time-zone命令来显示一个选项表。这里需要在全局模式下使用clock命令来进行UTC偏移。按照配置文档的需求，R3上的时区应该配置为Central European Time (UTC!+1)，然而列表的CET选项是快了+120(minutes)。在这里，不在乎时区的名称并且要选择精确的偏移。----这才是最重要的。

在voice register global下面也是一样。添加一个时区，然而，我们也必须设置voice register global使用一个NTP服务器。因为SIP电话需要使用NTP来获取正确的时间。在这里，我们可以使用前面使用过的同样的IP地址来同步NTP。（R1的环回口地址）

配置好NTP之后，输入time zone命令（注意不是telephony-service下面的“time-zone”）来做出和telephony-service一样的选择。

Task 8.2    确保日期和时间的格式分别为dd/mm/yyyy和24 hour

再一次，我们来配置格式。电话需要重启来应用。确保在voice register global下面输入create profile，来创建新的配置文件在SIP电话。

Task 8.3    确保SCCP电话能够支持6个并行呼叫和4个活跃的呼入呼叫

非常想CUCM里面的DN的配置，使用max-calls-per-button命令来限制号码通道的数量。使用busy-trigger-per-button命令来限制呼入的号码通道。这些命令对于SCCP电话来说是它本身的特性，所以我们要在ephone下面来配置。这也意味着，每一条已经分配给电话的线路，都将继承这些设置。

Task 8.4     确保SIP电话支持4条活跃的呼入呼叫

正如SCCP CUCME，再一次，这个电话本身的特性需要在voice register pool下面配置。注意，SIP和SCCP电话的主要区别是，我们不能定义最大的呼叫通道

Task 8.5    确保+E164区号被显示在SCCP和SIP电话的屏幕顶端

和CUCM的电话区号类似，这个标志可以在SIP和SCCP之间的每一台电话上设置。可以使用description命令来实现。请注意，SCCP电话是在ephone-dn下面配置，SIP电话是在voice register pool下面配置。

Task 8.6     当拨打SC Phone 2的电话，SC Phone 2 10秒没接，这个呼叫就会转发到SC Phone 1

这里我们再已注册的SIP电话上面的线路里面设置“Call Forward”。这个选项对于语言邮件转发有着很大的用途，在这里，我们配置转发设置特别转发给已注册的SCCP电话。

来配置，进入voice register dn线路的配置，使用call-forward b2bua命令。“b2bua”是指在路由器上的SIP CUCME服务器运行“Back to Back User Agent”。记住，一个“Back to Back User Agent”可以作为两个用户的代理。在这里，SIP CUCME是接受SIP呼叫并且转发给另一个目标。

在上面的配置，我们指定“noan”作为呼叫“No Answer”，“3001”作为目标号码，10秒为超时时间

Task 8.7    确保用户不能够使用SCCP电话发起会议。现在不配置会议桥。

为了不能够使用SCCP电话发起会议，我们必须修改软键去除这个选项。“Confrn”和“Join”是引人注目的。要移除软键，我们必须要创建ephone-template，并且应用到ephone里面。用(?)命令可以查看所有的模板选项。

我们必须保留当前的模板，换句话说，如果你要改变一个状态，确保确保配置软键早已默认被开启。

这个模板已经被应用在电话下了，请重启电话以生效。

最后一步，如下图所示，做一个电话呼叫测试，并且验证软件选项是否可用。

Task 8.8    当SC Phone 1和2处于hold状态时，确保用户不能创建新的呼叫

再一次，我们可以使用软键来完成这个任务。我们只需要在“Hold”状态下移除“NewCall”软键就可以了。

确保完成配置后，重启电话。做一个呼叫从SCCP电话进行验证

接下来，我们必须检查在9971电话下的“Hold”状态。如下图所示，在“Hold”状态“NewCall”是没有的。所以voice register template不需要创建分配给voice register pool。
