2.Provide 2nd Line diagnose & fix function for IP & Data products.
3.Carry out accurate logging, tracking and escalation of faults where necessary
5 Z/ {$ K) b. I# v* I. ?0 F! l; M4.Be the first technical contact for our customers ensuring you deliver class leading customer service
% m& I( M1 g) B1 f! I! t5.Monitor customer networks to proactively identify alarms, understand & resolve fault occurrences
6.Analyse fault patterns and traffic reports to identify faults in advance, and or make suggestions for improvement
$ D2 W+ j6 D/ r  Y) V& e& lRequired:
1.Current CCNA and/or working towards CCNP
2.Recent experience working with routing protocols including BGP and EIGRP
4 ?" w& k/ j7 r. e0 J2 W: a3.Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting managed LAN faults
: i( \4 t5 S9 O! V/ q  s- U4.Strong communication and customer relation skills
9 ]+ F' W" x' M( D- h0 n! R5.Eligible for SC clearance
6.Flexibility to change hours - the role will initially be a core business hours role and is likely to change shift pattern in the future to provide some weekend and evening cover.
