头一次对新的4506配置，遇到了一个奇怪的现象 插拔后 手动清ARP表，或者再重新插拔...

头一次对新的4506配置，遇到了一个奇怪的现象，终端设备，比如我自己的笔记本与4506中的48口的电口相连，配置好IP后，正常学到ARP，PING之类的都正常。
问题来了：
笔记本只要重新插拔网线（不小心碰断也好，最终的结果都是重新插拔了网线）
" q6 ^6 \# s1 h7 Y8 D交换机中的对应的笔记本原本的IP的表项还在，但是匹配不上（MAC地址和IP都对应着笔记本）
, s* O, C$ o' n) c+ e3 I2 E笔记本就会探测到自己地址有冲突（静态指定，插拔后没变过）
然后WINDOWS给自己分配了169

然后交换机就只认169的IP，ARP表中就出现了2个笔记本MAC地址的表项（1个169的，1个原本指定的IP的）

, X9 g1 C  j' |; y; I2 G  D系统中的IPconfig会发现本地连接网卡中有2个IP，首选的是自动分配的169

排除是笔记本问题，用其他电脑也是一样的。
设备是全新的，没有关于ARP和MAC的配置

目前解决方法有2个，插拔后 手动清ARP表，或者再重新插拔次才能正常。
