1Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, installation, administration, backup, troubleshooting on IT hardware and software to regional office and shop users
• Provide network support and server administration & monitoring
• Assist in managing hardware & software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory records
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary

2Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years hand on experience in IT support and maintenance, preferably in retail sector
• Good knowledge on Microsoft product, Internet, security and LAN support
• Experience in PC hardware/software troubleshooting is preferred
• Experience in implementing server and network products is preferred
• Possession of MCSA / MCSE / CCNA certificates is an advantage
• Additional skills would be beneficial: Basic Linux commands; Exchange and Domain Servers (MCSE Certified); Networking, Firewall, Routers (CCNA Certified); VoIP, PBX
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to learn new technologies and solutions
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese – Mandarin a plus
• Occasional non-office hours support may be required
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Assistant IT Manager

• Lead 2 IT staff to support IT infrastructure (network, desktop, network) for the company
• Understand systems solutions relevant to store operations, ERP and POS
• Provide technical expertise and support to the organization
• Manage the key vendors to work out the deployment model and implement
• Ensure the entire IT environment is maintained and operate smoothly
• Ensure systems are fully tested and operating in accordance with functional requirements prior to deployment
• Ensure software changes are validated, tested and subsequently deployed without issue

2Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Information Technology / Computer Science and or an related discipline
• Experienced in supporting desktop, Microsoft server, MS SQL, active directory, VMWare ESxi network, IT security
• Experienced in leading infrastructure project, such as server upgrade, installation, migration
• Experienced in team leading skill
• Excellent communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• 3 years or more relevant working experience in IT management in the retail and distribution industry – ERP and POS systems, networking and end user services
• Hands-on experience in MS Windows Servers administration
