Task 42.1   配置R3支持CUE模块。建立运行CUE模块的基本信息，包括进入web-basedGUI操作的用户扩展和邮箱，在142.102.66.253。
 
Cisco UnityExpress(CUE)是一个轻量级的语音邮件服务器，中央位于站点。这个完整的系统存在于一个IOS路由器。R3上运行一个SM-SRE-710-K9 ServicesReady Engine(SRE)CUE软件。CiscoSREs本身拥有处理器，存储，网络接口，和内存，独立于路由器资源。它可以路由器通过SM1/0interface进行访问。
 
首先在系统配置一个IP地址来对网络进行访问。这个任务需求必须定义为142.102.66.253。我们必须进入SM1/0interface进行配置IP地址。我们必须定义的IP地址为前面配置的VLAN502的地址。我们使用service-module ipaddress命令来定义IP地址。我们还必须使用service-module ipdefault-gateway命令来设置默认路由器。

使用刚才安装向导时配置的用户名和密码(admin/CCIEcollab)。登陆之后，会出现一个初始化的向导。这里最好的选择是“Skip theInitialization Wizard andLog off”。这是由于这个初始化的向导真的不能帮助我们。

再一次登陆，并且现在系统应该可以开始配置了。

Task 42.2   配置语音邮件引导号码为3800，并且确保它可以从SC两个电话使用，还有PSTN电话。
 
现在CUE的web页面是可用的了，我们必须配置CUE基本的设置。在CUE管理员web页面，Voice Mail-->Call Handling，设置“VoiceMail Phone Number”为“3800”。其他的所有设置都可以为默认值。点击Apply按钮。

接着，我们必须配置路由器路由呼叫前往CUE模块3800。当然要使用一个dial-peer来完成。destination-pattern应该设置为3800，由于这是一个SIP整合，sessionprotocol应该设置使用SIP。sessiontarget命令应该使用CUE的IP地址：142.102.66.253。DTMF relay方式应该设置为SIP Notify，使用dtmf-relay命令。这是唯一CUE模块支持的DTMFrelay方式。接着，codec应该设置为G.711，这也是因为这是CUE唯一支持的编码。最后，关闭VAD。

一旦R3上这个dial-peer被创建，从SC电话做一个测试呼叫到3800，确保听到默认的提示语。这个系统还应该可以从SC PSTN电话拨打“894443800”到达。

Task 42.3   配置使用SC Phone 1和SC Phone2，使用一个密码为“cisco”，PIN为“12345”。
 
接着，我们必须使用CUEweb管理员，配置SC的两个电话用户。Configure-->Users，点击Add按钮。这将弹出一个新页面。输入用户的“User ID”,“First Name”,和“Last Name”。“Primary Extension”选择“Other”按钮，并且输入用户的扩展（3001）。接着，“Password options”选择“Password specified below”，并且输入密码“cisco”。同样，“PIN options”选择“PIN specified below”，输入PIN“12345”。最后，勾选“Create Mailbox”，为用户创建一个语音邮箱。

点击Add按钮来保持配置。
 
在弹出来页面中，只要修改“Play Tutorial”为“No”，为了语音邮箱避开终端用户的安装。

确保SC Phone2也同样的配置在CUE。

Task 42.4   当用户忙碌或者未接听，确保呼叫转发到语音邮箱。
 
在telephony-service中，这可以配置DN模板。voice registerglobal需要配置每一个DN。使用ephone-dn-template命令来配置SCCP电话模板。输入call-forwardbusy/noan命令开启希望的行为。一旦这个模板被创建，它必须被分配给ephone-dn，在ephone-dnx下面使用ephone-dn-template命令。记住，配置完成需要reset这个电话。

做一个测试呼叫，确保当用户不可用时，这个呼叫被成功的转发给语音邮箱。

Task 42.5   当邮箱有未读邮件时，MWI灯打开。当用户删除这个信息时，MWI灯关闭。
 
CUE可以运行三种不同的MWI通知机制。
·SubscribeNotify—CME订阅CUE使用SUBCRIBE/NOTIFYSIP信息。
·UnsolicitedNotify—CME不请求CUE MWI通知。CUE发送NOTIFYSIP信息给CME，无论MWI的状态。
·Outcalling—使用传统的CME配置，与SRST不兼容。使用正确的MWI状态。
 
这里最简单的配置就是Unsolicited Notify机制。类似于CUC，需要在R3上配置全局SIP代理，来接收这些通知。使用mwi-server命令。如果unsolicited关键词没有在命令的最后添加，MWI类型将是默认的Subscribe Notify机制。
